Reservation & Payment
Book via our website, Messenger, telephone (service in French), or email. Be sure to provide all the necessary information.
You will receive a confirmation shortly after your booking has been completed and checked by us.
Payment can be made by wire transfer, in cash, or by card directly at the agency or when you pick up your vehicle.
A deposit is required when renting and will be fully refunded after the vehicle is returned, provided there are no damages or additional charges.
Here are the deposits according to the vehicle rented:
- Renault KWID : 200 000 XPF
- Mitsubishi MIRAGE : 250 000 XPF
- Peugeot 208 : 300 000 XPF
- Dacia JOGGER : 350 000 XPF
Changes are possible but cancellation will incur a charge. If you cancel after you have paid, we may retain up to 50% of the amount to cover bank and administration charges.
No, cancellations are subject to a fee.
Pick-up of the vehicle
A valid driver's license, identity card and cash are required to collect your vehicle.
The best option is to come to our branch during opening hours. Delivery is also possible, but at additional cost, especially outside normal business hours.
Details are available on our Facebook page. We are generally open from 8am to 12pm for pick-ups. On Sundays, the agency is closed, but arrangements can be made for deliveries or pick-ups.
During rental
Yes, you're free to drive anywhere, but only on Bora Bora.
Yes, but you have to return to the agency to sign a new contract.
We offer all-risk insurance.
Make a claim, contact us immediately. The above deductibles apply according to the type of vehicle rented.
Yes, this equipment is available on request.
Yes, this is possible under certain conditions: the second driver must be at least 23 years old and have held a driving license for at least 2 years.
Return from Rental
The vehicle must be returned with no further damage (accidents, scratches, dents) and with a full tank of fuel. It must also be clean to avoid additional cleaning costs.
